Jonathan Tepper has over 20 years of experience in management consulting, systems integration and software product organizations. Mr. Tepper has been at the leading edge of business reengineering consulting since 1990, building cross-functional client teams to redesign critical business processes. He has extensive experience in the insurance, health care, brokerage and banking industries. Prior to 1990, Mr. Tepper was co-founder of a PC software company and a manager of engagements delivering decision-support systems to Fortune 100 companies and major

financial institutions. Mr. Tepper received both his B.S. degree in Operations Research and M.S. (MBA) in Management from M.I.T.
