Charlotte L. Kells specializes in organizational development, management coaching, group facilitation, and custom training. Her clients have included health care, finance, government, electronics, education, manufacturing, and nonprofit organizations. She brings over 20 years of consulting and direct management experience.

Prior to joining Lumen, Inc. Ms. Kells owned and managed her own consulting business for over fifteen years. Ms. Kells was the Vice President and Director of Human Resources for a community bank where she managed their personnel, training, and management development functions. She also managed the training and development activities for several Fortune 500 companies in the retail industry.

Since 1981, Ms. Kells has been a participant at the Creative Problem Solving Institute in Buffalo, NY; and for over nine years has been a faculty member in their Leadership Development Program. In 1992, Ms. Kells became a Colleague of the Creative Education Foundation in recognition of her work at the Institute. In 1995, she became certified to administer the Meyers Briggs Type Indicator in her team building and consulting work and completed required training hours to become a mediator for the court system. In addition to other local affiliations, she is a member of Greater Boston OD Network, Organizational Transformation Network, and the Northeast Human Resource Association.

Ms. Kells holds Masters Degrees in both Education and Business from the University of Michigan and Lesley College.
