Raymond L. LaFrance
works with clients to optimize every phase of the marketing process, from the structural development of a marketing organization through the execution of programs in the marketplace. Focusing on Customer Value Management (CVM), he integrates a rigorous analytic and financial approach with a cross-functional organizational structure that enables superior execution. He combines marketing development and design with execution across all client marketing channels and advertising agencies.
Ray has more than twenty years of experience in the area of CVM including eight years of marketing consulting with major companies. He was Director of the Business Consulting Unit of Xchange, a CRM software application company, Vice President in the management consulting practice of Digitas (formerly Bronnercom/Bronner Slosberg Humphrey), the largest direct marketing agency in the country. He was U.S. Director of Marketing for Hertz Rent-A-Car and an Account Director at major advertising agencies. Consulting clients include Ameritrade Brokerage, Credit Suisse, NRMA Insurance (Australia), Reliant Energy, Hong Kong Telecom (Hong Kong), Far EasTone Telecommunications (Taiwan), Cantel Cellular (Canada), Turkcell (Turkey), AT&T, AT&T Wireless, IBM and Westpac Bank (Australia).
Mr. LaFrance holds a BA in Economics and a MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
